1. Service Content
Doctor’s Pharmacy (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) provides support for the complicated procedures required for importing pharmaceutical products, such as contacting overseas shipping companies, placing orders, making payments, and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that our company does not directly sell or deliver products.
2. Service Agreement
The Service Agreement will be established when you place an order with us and we send you an “Order Confirmation” detailing the order details.
3. Defective Products
During shipping, there may be minor deformations in the outer box or container.
We kindly ask for your understanding if such deformations do not affect normal use.
Additionally, overseas products may have variations or changes in packaging depending on the batch, but we are unable to exchange products due to packaging changes.

5. Fees
Fees include the “product price,” “shipping fee,” “agency fee,” “miscellaneous fees,” and “taxes.” We ask that you make payment by bank transfer to our designated account (only in Japanese Yen; payments cannot be made in other currencies).
We do not issue receipts, but we will provide a transfer receipt issued by the financial institution.
Please note that transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Product Delivery and Delivery Time
Delivery of pharmaceuticals is limited to addresses within Japan.
We do not open, inspect, or collect packaging materials when delivering products, generally delivery takes 1-2 weeks after ordering.

7. Cancellations
Due to the nature of our personal import agency service, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please carefully consider your order before placing it.
8. Disclaimer
Our business is a “personal import agency service.”
Therefore, when importing overseas pharmaceuticals as an individual, please be sure to thoroughly check the relevant laws and regulations, and use the service at your own risk after carefully confirming the content of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to change these terms without the customer’s consent.
10. Application of Service Terms
The company has established the “Service Terms” for transactions with customers. The provisions of these terms apply to orders and transactions. The Service Terms of Use will be provided separately to customers who have transactions with us.
