*The name of the product listed on the website is legally prohibited (Article 68 of Pharmaceutical Affairs Act).

Generally the expiration date is 1 to 2 years or more. If it is less than 1 year, we will contact you in advance when you place your order.

Due to legal restrictions (Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, Article 68), we are unable to provide information about the effects, usage, or side effects of medicines.

For first-time orders, we ask that you send a copy of your medical license and register for an electronic medicines monitoring account.
We will handle all other procedures on your behalf.
(If it is difficult to register for an electronic medicines monitoring account, it is also possible to use a power of attorney.)

We accept orders by phone, email, and fax.

We cannot accept cancellations. If you have made a mistake in your order, such as with the product or quantity, please get in touch with us immediately.

It consists of “product price,” “shipping fee,” “agency fee,” “miscellaneous expenses,” and “taxes.”

We ask that you make your payment by bank transfer to our designated account (only yen; we cannot accept other currencies).

We do not issue receipts. The bank transfer receipt issued by the financial institution will serve as the receipt.

It varies depending on the product you order, however generally delivery takes 1–2 weeks from the date of order. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date after customs clearance.

You can specify the date and time after customs clearance. If you wish to specify a date and time, please contact the delivery company in charge.

Please rest assured that there will be no additional charges other than the amount stated on the invoice sent at the time of order.

We request that all items be shipped in the most secure packaging possible, but if the item you receive is scratched or damaged, please store it in its original condition and contact us by email or phone.
We will confirm with the shipping company and take responsibility for resolving the issue.

Since this is an unapproved medication in Japan, there is no government compensation system for patients who may suffer adverse medicines reactions.
As an import agency, our company also does not have any compensation systems or insurance policies in place. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
